Interview carried out by Alavanca - Marxist-leninist Movement
Alavanca - About the origin of Israel. It is my understanding, from a bunch of sources, that the apartheid system of Zionist Jewish supremacists was already set up by the colonial administration of the British empire when historical Palestine was called the British mandate Palestine. The State under British colonial rule of Palestine was a so called democracy just for Jews and Palestinians non Jews were to be oppressed, segregated and enslaved. By that time already I think the idea of European imperialists and Zionist white Jews from Europe was that a white population, the Zionists, dominate the Arab Middle East and the oil fields and Suez canal for world trade.
Nidal El-Sham - The original plan was for 3 areas to be partitioned. One for the Zionists, second for the Palestinians, and a neutral zone for Jerusalem administered by the UN.
Alavanca - That explains why Israel is so completely intertwined with England and the United States, doesn't it?
Nidal El-Sham - That is correct, they owe them their existence in the beginning, and are intertwined within the British and American establishment, which is why they are immune to criticism by those governments.
Alavanca - People still talk of a war of independence of Israel. As if there was a fight against British mandate rule that was relevant. But the 1948 war was not against the British that left Palestine on their own will and it wasn't against Arab armies and a Palestinian army that were largely unprepared for war with the Zionist army, the main target of the Zionist army were unarmed Palestinian civilians to be killed or displaced. And therefore there was the nabka. Tell us about the nabka. Is the current genocide in Gaza a continuation of the nabka?
Nidal El-Sham - The Arab armies that invaded in 1948 outnumbered and had more arms then the Zionists, however were not coordinated and failed in their attacks. They also were untrained and most of them had never seen combat before. Once they withdrew, they left the Palestinians unprotected and the door was open for the displacement and murder of Palestinians. The Arab League then founded the PLO and it was under their control until the failure of the 1967 war, where after that the PLO organised independent of the Arab League for the first time. You are correct, the current genocide in Gaza is a continuation of the Nakba and the Greater Israel project of the Zionists.
Alavanca - I just read these news report. What you think of the fact that the Jolani Al Qaeda regime in Syria has arrested the leaders of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad just 48 hours after meeting Mahmoud Abbas head of the Palestinian Authority in his visit to Syria?

Nidal El-Sham - Yeah I saw that, shows their true colours
Alavanca - This reinforces my impression that Wahabism and Zionism are the same in their position about Palestine.
Nidal El-Sham - The wahhabis are arresting resistance members to please the imperialists and lift sanctions off of Syria, however ISIS and its affiliates have never shown interest in the liberation of Palestine, only the murder of other Muslims and toppling of the governments of Muslim majority nations
Alavanca - Also I would like you to comment on this relation of the visit of the Palestinian Authority to Syria and the arrest of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad leaders 48 have later.
Nidal El-Sham - The PA is in bed with whoever will grant them power and authority, they’re walking the path Yasser Arafat rolled out. They know that they are very unpopular and are now willing to collaborate with whoever it may be to please the Zionists and hold on to their power. Similar to the relation between social democrats and fascists.
